It started with a 5-gallon carboy of Marcino Cherries that my grandfather was so proud of, and a few tastes with him here and there. It then sparked again when my father-in-Law and friend allowed me to join them on some of their wine racking and bottling days.
Put a cork in it, I was hooked.
Executing came later when I ran into a pile of discount wood, a chiller, and some newfound home time during the pandemic. The rest is history.
